Datanet Systems, a leader in the market for networking and communications solutions in Romania, announces the purchase of a package of 51% of its shares by the company Soitron a.s., one of the most important system integrators in Slovakia. Soitron is one of the leaders in the Slovak market of communications and IT infrastructure solutions and services. This acquisition is part of the new regional development strategy of Soitron, which is controlling other two companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
